The Governor may, from time to time, waive or reduce any or all of the fees specified under the following headings in the Schedule in relation to any person or group of persons in Cayman Brac or Little Cayman —
Agreement or Memorandum of Agreement-(a)(i);
Assignment-(b) and (c);
Attorney, Power of;
Deed;
Mortgage-(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e); and
Withdrawal of Caution.
