This Act applies to all persons in public life listed in Schedule 1.
Without limiting the obligations of public servants in general, it is declared that the persons listed in Schedule 1 shall comply with the principles set out in Schedule 2.
Cabinet may by Order amend Schedules 1 and Schedule 2.
