Remuneration of board members

Board members shall, at the discretion of Cabinet, be paid such remuneration, whether by salaries, fees or other benefits, and such reasonable allowances in respect of expenses properly incurred by them in the performance of their duties, as Cabinet shall from time to time determine.
Any remuneration or allowances paid to a board member shall be an expense of the public authority.
