Offences under this Law deemed not to be offences of a political character for purposes of extradition

Notwithstanding any provision in any other Law in the Islands relating to extradition, an offence under this Law shall for the purposes of extradition be deemed not to be an offence of a political character or an offence connected with a political offence or an offence inspired by political motives.
