A person commits an offence if he —
fails to stop a vehicle when required to do so by a constable in the exercise of the power conferred by an authorisation under section 47(1);
fails to stop when required to do so by a constable in the exercise of the power conferred by an authorisation under section 47(2); or
wilfully obstructs a constable in the exercise of the power conferred by an authorisation under section 47(1) or (2).
A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of four thousand dollars and imprisonment for six months.
