There is hereby established a Department of Government called the Department of Tourism charged with the duty of assisting the Minister in the performance of his functions under this Law.
The Department shall, subject to the direction and control of the Minister, be under the supervision of a public officer known as the Director of Tourism who, together with such officers as may be considered necessary, shall be appointed by the Governor from time to time, and the Department shall be maintained out of such funds as may be provided by the Legislative Assembly.
