An appeal may be made to the Court from a decision of the Appeals Tribunal on a point of law only.
An appeal pursuant to subsection (1) shall not operate as a stay of any award, order or decision of the Appeals Tribunal or of the effect of any notice, unless the Court so orders.
An application for a stay of any award, order or decision of the Appeals Tribunal or the effect of any notice may be made to the Court.
