The Cabinet may make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act, including for —
regulating the removal by the Commissioner or any person authorised by the Commissioner of vehicles illegally parked in private or public places;
the licensing of categories of vehicles that are not provided for in this Act; and
electronic ticketing.
Regulations made under this Act may create offences punishable by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars.
