Decisions following an investigation

75. (1) Subsection (2) applies where, as the result of an investigation conducted under section 71, the Office proposes to make —
a decision that the section 66 prohibition has been infringed, or
a decision that the section 70 prohibition has been infringed.
Before making the decision, the Office shall —
give written notice to any person likely to be affected by the proposed decision; and
afford that person an opportunity to make written representations to show cause why the Office ought not to make such a decision.
