Where the Court is satisfied on an application by the Office that a licensee —
has failed to comply with any term or conditions of the licence;
has failed to comply with an order made under section 84; or
has contravened this Act, the regulations or sectoral legislation,
the Court may exercise any of the powers specified in section 86.
