The Office may adopt, modify or revoke codes specifying the obligations of sectoral providers, or of any category of sectoral provider, in the conduct of their businesses.
In particular, any code adopted pursuant to this section may contain procedures governing end-user billing practices, including requirements regarding —
timeliness;
clarity;
accuracy; and
the identification of any dedicated charge.
