The Cabinet may make regulations for carrying this Law into effect and, without prejudice to the generality of this provision, may prescribe —
the health and safety standards and precautions in relation to the production or supply of water, or both;
the rates of compensation for damage to members of the public arising from the production or supply of water, or both;
the establishment, management and payment of compensation for wayleaves;
the procedure for applications for, and granting of, concessions;
the terms and conditions upon and subject to which a concession shall, or may, be granted;
penalties for contravention of such regulations;
fees to be paid for anything done under this Law; and
any matters required by this Law to be prescribed.
