Power of Judge to submit questions of law

A Judge may, if he thinks fit, in such manner as may be prescribed by rules of Court, submit any question of law for the decision of a Judge of the Court of Appeal sitting in Chambers and, if he does so shall decide the question in conformity with such decision.
In this section —
“rules of Court” means rules of Court made by the Judges of the Court of Appeal under the Court of Appeal Law (1996 Revision).
