Application to prescribed diseases of provisions as to benefit and claims

The benefit payable under section 37 in respect of a prescribed disease, the conditions for receipt of such benefit and the provisions for making, hearing and determination of applications for compensation therefor, shall be the same as in respect of personal injury by accident arising out of and in the course of the workman’s employment.
