Procedure, forms and regulations

In the period after the 12th March, 1996 and before the making of any rules by the Rules Committee of the Grand Court for giving effect to this Act —
the procedure to be followed —
in any court other than a youth court, shall be the procedure in force immediately before the start of that period; and
in a youth court, shall be the procedure in force in a juvenile court immediately before the start of that period; and
the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act shall be the forms in use for the purposes of the repealed Juveniles Law, 1990 [Law 19 of 1990] immediately before the start of that period.
Any order, directions or regulations made by the Cabinet may —
make different provision for different cases;
provide for exemptions from any of its provisions; and
contain such incidental, supplemental and transitional provisions as the Cabinet considers expedient.
