The Council

4. (1) There shall be continued a Council of the Institute which shall, upon the expiration of the tenure of its members, be reconstituted in accordance with this section.
The members of the Council shall be appointed in accordance with the articles of association of the Institute and shall be responsible for the management of the affairs of the Institute.
The objects of the Institute are set out in Schedule 1 and shall be included in the Memorandum of Association of the Institute.
The Cabinet, on the recommendation of the Council, may by Order amend
