The accounts of the Institute shall be audited annually by a sole practitioner public accountant licensed under section 11 or 12 or by a firm of public accountants in which each partner, director or person holding an equivalent position engaged in public practice is licensed under section 11 or 12, appointed each year in accordance with the Institute's articles of association.
A copy of the audited accounts shall be kept at the office of the Institute and shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by any member, associate member or student, or pursuant to an authority empowered to do so under any other Law.
