Accidents involving aircraft

The Authority shall in the event of an accident or incident involving aircraft, or any interference or damage to navigational aids, immediately bring such matter to the notice of the Director-General and act only on his instructions.
No attempt shall be made by the Authority to move a damaged aircraft or to effect repairs to it or to damaged navigational aids except on the written instructions of the Director-General.
