No master or agent of any vessel shall permit any animal to be accepted for consignment to the Islands unless satisfied that an import licence in respect of such animal has been issued under this Act.
No master or agent of any vessel shall permit any animal to be disembarked from such vessel on arrival at the Islands until such animal has been inspected by the Director.
