Swine not to be kept in specified towns

It is unlawful to keep swine in any specified town, and any swine being found kept in any specified town are liable to be forfeited and destroyed at the direction of the Director who shall arrange for the disposal of such swine or the carcasses thereof at the Director's discretion.
