Disqualification of members

The Minister shall terminate the appointment of any member who —
resigns that member's office;
commits serious misconduct in relation to that member's duties;
is absent, without leave of the chairperson of the Committee, from three consecutive meetings of the Committee; or
fails to comply with that member's obligations under this Act.
The Minister, at the Minister's discretion, may terminate the appointment of any member and select a new member in accordance with the requirements set out in section 66(2).
