The Crown

This Act binds the Crown, subject to subsections (2) and (3).
No contravention by the Crown of a provision under this Act makes the Crown criminally liable.
Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Grand Court may, on the application of a person appearing to the court to have an interest, declare unlawful an act or omission of the Crown which constitutes a contravention of a provision of this Act.
