Trustee to take possession of debtor’s property

The Trustee shall, as soon as may be after the making of a provisional order but subject to the directions of the Court, take possession of all property real and personal, and all books, papers and documents of the debtor, and exercise such of the powers conferred on the Trustee by this Act as may be necessary for the purpose of acquiring and retaining possession thereof, and for the purpose of protecting the rights of the creditors.
