The Trustee shall keep in manner prescribed proper books, in which the Trustee shall, from time to time, make or cause to be made entries or minutes of such matters in relation to the debtor’s estate as may be prescribed.
Any creditor of the debtor may, at such times as may be prescribed, personally or by that creditor’s agent inspect such books.
