Any warrant of the Court under this Act may be executed in any part of the Islands in the same manner and subject to the same privileges in, and subject to which a warrant issued by any Justice against a person for an indictable offence may be executed; and any search warrant issued by the Court under this Act for the discovery of any property of a bankrupt may be executed in manner prescribed or in the same manner and subject to the same privileges, in and subject to which a search warrant for property supposed to be stolen may be executed according to law.
