Order for debtor to file statement of the debtor’s affairs, and service thereof

If the provisional order is not so revoked, an order shall be served on the debtor, in the prescribed manner, requiring the debtor to file in the Court within the specified number of days after the date of the service of the order, a statement verified in the prescribed manner, and containing the particulars specified in section 17, and giving notice that if the debtor does not do so the provisional order may, on the application of a creditor, be made an absolute order for bankruptcy, and that the bankruptcy will be gazetted.
