Debtor’s property, when it vests in Trustee, and when and how to be administered

When a provisional order has been made against a debtor, the property of the debtor shall immediately pass to and vest in the Trustee, without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatever, to be by the Trustee in due course, either under an absolute order for bankruptcy, or under a deed of arrangement as hereinafter provided by this Act, realised, administered and distributed with as much despatch as is reasonably practicable for the benefit of the creditors.
