In this Law — “Association” includes the Boy Scouts Association incorporated under the Royal Charter granted on the 4th January, 1912 and the Girl Guides Association incorporated under Royal Charter granted in the year 1923; and “member” means a boy scout or girl guide recognised as such under the constitution, bye-laws or rules of an Association, and includes all officers of that Association.
