No person shall form, organise, work in connection with, or be concerned in forming, organising or working in connection with any corps or body which, without due authority granted under Royal Charter of an Association, claims or purports to be members or otherwise to be connected with such Association or which hold themselves out as, or pass themselves off as members or as otherwise connected with such Association.
