Secondment to the Cadet Corps

A person may be seconded to the Cadet Corps and shall be subject to the authority of the Commandant for disciplinary purposes.
The Cabinet may, subject to such conditions as it may impose, approve the appointment of any public officer in the service of Government, by way of secondment, to any office with the Cadet Corps, and any public officer so appointed shall, in relation to discipline, salary, pension, gratuity or other allowance and to other rights and obligations as a public officer, be treated as continuing in the service of Government.
