Non-commissioned officers shall be appointed by the Commandant.
Non-commissioned officers may be full-time or contracted for such period of time and subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed.
Such appointment shall be subject to the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision) and Personnel Regulations (2019 Revision).
