Resignations

Notwithstanding the provisions under the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision), an authorised officer may resign from the Cadet Corps at any time, giving to the Commandant in writing not less than three months' notice of the authorised officer's intention so to do, and the Commandant may, in any particular case, waive or curtail the period of notice.
