Secretary to the Committee

The person serving as administrative officer of the Cadet Corps shall be the Secretary to the Committee and shall under the supervision of the Chairperson prepare the agenda, record the minutes and deal with any other matters of a secretarial nature, but shall have no vote on the Committee.
The Secretary in the performance of the secretarial duties shall be accountable to and report directly to the Chairperson.
