The following persons, being persons approved by the Council, namely Wentworth Lyndhurst Bodden, Vernon Lionel Jackson, Clarence Vernon Thompson, Reverend Doctor Albert Neil Banks and their successors to be appointed as hereinafter mentioned, shall be and are hereby created one corporation or body politic, to have continuance forever and perpetual succession by the name of "The Cayman United Church Corporation" and by that name may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, in all Courts of law or equity.
