Execution of deeds

No deed or transfer of land purporting to be executed by the corporation shall be of any force or validity unless it is sealed with the corporate seal thereof and countersigned by at least two of the members of the corporation, nor unless, in cases where the concurrence of the Council is required, the resolution of the Council, duly signed by the Chairperson and the Regional Deputy General Secretary thereof, evidencing such concurrence, is annexed to such deed or incorporation therein.
