28. (1) The Registrar shall keep affixed in a conspicuous and accessible place on a notice board in a public area in the office of the Registrar-General a list showing the names of all civil partnership officers appointed under section 26.
The Registrar shall, at least once every year, publish a list in the Gazette, in any other official Government website or official means of communication of the names of all current civil partnership officers, and this list may be combined with any notice given under section 26(3).
The Registrar may at any time publish in the Gazette, in any other official Government website or official means of communication a list of the names of persons who have ceased to be civil partnership officers since the latest list under this section was published.
