29. (1) The Governor shall, from time to time, appoint and remove at pleasure such persons as the Governor thinks fit to be Civil Registrars for the purposes of this Law.
Appointments and removals of, and any resignation or vacation of office by Civil Registrars shall be published in the Gazette, in any other official Government website or official means of communication, and shall take effect from the date of publication.
A Civil Registrar shall have an office for the purpose of carrying out duties and functions under this Law and the Civil Registrar shall publish the location of such office.
