Powers of Clerk and Deputy Clerk

Any commitment or other warrant, subpoena, summons or other form of process of any court prescribed by any law or subsidiary legislation and requiring to be signed by a Judge of the Grand Court or a magistrate may be signed by the Clerk of the Court or the Deputy Clerk of the Court, and if so signed shall, for all purposes, be as valid as if signed by such Judge or magistrate.
