Powers of Deputy Clerk

Notwithstanding this or any other law or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder, the Deputy Clerk of the Court shall, for all purposes, have, exercise and perform all the functions, powers and duties conferred on the Clerk of the Court by any law, and any such exercise shall, for all purposes, be as valid as if exercised by the Clerk of the Court.
