Transmission of records to Grand Court and Director of Public Prosecutions

In the event of a committal for trial the written charge, the written statements, the recognisances of the complainant and the witnesses, the recognisances of bail, if any, and any documents or things which have been put in evidence shall be transmitted without delay by the committing court to the Clerk, and an authenticated copy of the written statements and any documentary exhibits shall be supplied to the Director of Public Prosecutions at the same time by the Summary Court.
