All notices, orders and instructions required in connection with the administration of this Law shall, except where otherwise expressly provided, be in writing.

Forms may be prescribed in respect of any notice, order, certificate or other document to be used for giving effect to any of the provisions of this Law.

Notices of persons appointed to and discharged from the Regiment shall be published in the Gazette.
