The Cabinet may make regulations generally for giving effect to the provisions of this Law, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make regulations —
in relation to the prevention, mitigation and suppression of technological, medical, environmental and agricultural hazards;
in relation to the collection and publication of data pertaining to disaster mitigation preparedness, recovery and emergency management;
prescribing matters in respect of which fees are payable, the amount of such fees and the persons liable to pay them; and
prescribing the use and management of any listed premises referred to in section 9.
