Statutory condition of prescribed treatment programme

It is a condition of a drug offender's prescribed treatment programme that the Drug Court may commit the drug offender to a prison for up to fourteen days at a time if, in the opinion of the Drug Court, such action is necessary to facilitate the assessment of the drug offender's participation in the prescribed treatment programme.
