Variation and revocation of conditions

The Drug Court may, from time to time, in accordance with a drug offender's prescribed treatment programme, on the recommendation of the approved treatment provider, vary or revoke the conditions imposed pursuant to section 13(2), 14 or 15.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (2014 Revision), no appeal shall lie against any decision by the Drug Court to impose conditions pursuant to section 13(2), 14 or 15 or to vary or revoke the conditions of a drug offender's prescribed treatment programme under this section.
