Compiling quarterly register of electors

In each quarter, a list of electors (hereinafter in this Act referred to as "the revised list") shall be compiled by the registering officer for each electoral district of all persons entitled to vote at the election of a member of the Cayman Islands Parliament for that electoral district.
If, for any reason, the registering officer fails to compile the revised list for that person's electoral district so that by reason thereof the Register of Electors (as described in section 18(3)) for that electoral district cannot be brought into force, the Register of Electors in force when the new Register of Electors should have come into force shall continue in operation and be deemed to be the Register of Electors for such electoral district.
