Where the Supervisor refuses an application to register a political party or revokes the registration of a political party, the Supervisor shall so inform the applicant or political party giving reasons for the refusal or revocation.
An aggrieved applicant may, within twenty-one days of being notified that that person's application was refused or registration revoked, appeal to the Grand Court against the decision of the Supervisor.
The Chief Justice shall make rules for the better carrying out of this section, for the procedure and forms to be used for the admission of evidence and for the fees to be paid on any appeal under this Act.
