No political broadcast or political announcement shall be made by any person except in accordance with this Part; but where the exercise of any power conferred by or under this Part would be inconsistent with the exercise of a power conferred by or under the Information and Communications Technology Authority Act (2019 Revision), the provisions of the Information and Communications Technology Authority Act (2019 Revision), shall to the extent of the inconsistency prevail over the provisions of this Part.
The provisions of this Part shall, with the necessary changes being made, apply in respect of a by-election as they apply to an election.
