75. (1) A person who is convicted of an offence under section 23(9), in addition to any fine imposed thereby, is also liable on conviction to imprisonment for five years.
On application by the Office, the Court may —
make an order for forfeiture of the equipment used for the commission of the offence; and
grant an order restraining the person or licensee from continuing to engage in similar activities.
