Obstruction of investigation by Office

77. A person who, in any manner, impedes, prevents or obstructs an investigation being carried out by the Office under this Law commits an offence and is liable —
on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars; or
on conviction on indictment to a fine of twenty thousand dollars and to imprisonment for two years.
