Register of approved providers

The Minister may require the Authority to establish and maintain a register of approved information security services, and of providers of such services, which shall contain particulars of every person who, or service which, is for the time being approved under any arrangements in force under section 25.
The Governor, on the recommendation of the Authority may make regulations prescribing the particulars that are to be included in entries in the register maintained under subsection (1).
The Authority shall —
allow public inspection, at all times, of an electronic copy of the register; and
publicise any withdrawal or modification of an approval under section 25, in accordance with arrangements prescribed by the Governor in regulations.
